Cute? Who me?

Hello everyone! Happy Friday!!! 🙂

How are you doing? I’m back with more Sweet Stamps to share!

Today I wanted to show you this Dragon set… really cute! and by the way you can use it for any kind of card… It goes perfectly with any greeting card. I decided to use it on this any occasion card, where I highlighted the green and orange patterned paper, and tried to use a similar copic marker color for the stamp. If you haven’t use this markers ever… you need to try them! they are awesome! I was never a marker fan until I try these… and they are amazing, highly recommend them! I have been working a lot with these markers and they are great for this kind of projects, of course that you can use them for many other things as well.

So… Here we have this Friday chosen Card…

Adding some details..!

Hello everyone! How’s this Tuesday treating you so far..? Pretty cold here :(… winter is coming… oh well… time for hot chocolate! 🙂 haha

I wanted to share another card using the Sweet Stamp Shop stamps from the November release, I used the Pho You set, I love that set! It’s sooooo cute! Head over to their shop to check out the entire november release, if you are into planning… you have to see the new planner stamps! they are awesome! really cute!

So… today i’m going to show you what I did…but first of all I want to share with you how I got there. After picking my patterns, and stamping this cute panda I realized something was missing… I couldn’t figure it out what it was right away… until I realized it was missing some details…! just a tiny detail to make it perfect. So I thought of embellishments… (I usually don’t like to add so many things into the card to make it cleaner and simple..but sometimes you got to do it), its a pretty simple card already so I thought it wouldn’t be bad to add some more fun… so I picked this little embellishments that matched perfectly my paper… it was perfect! When I add them I realized it was done…! ready to go!

What do you think..?

Cute Pandas..!

Hello there! and happy Friday my friends!

How are you doing on this lovely morning? I’m good! Super excited to share with you guys these Sweet Stamps from the November release! …and the best part is November gets two releases! yes! TWO!… the first one was release this past Tuesday and the second will be available for Black Friday! I will keep you tune!

So…. I wanted to share this cute, fast and easy card… using the Pho You stamp set !

novpandas

First of all find two cute patterns, not necessarily the same color but they need to look alright when you put them together… I’m kind of fanatic of teal, so of course I chose teal for this design.

I do play a lot with angles so I covered the entire card with the field paper making it more important and cute in an angle the secondary paper where I am going to locate the panda stamp. After I am done with the paper, I added some details with these teal embellishments, so it kind of connects the entire design.

When I am done with all the steps above it’s time to have fun with your sweets stamps!

There you go… fast, cute and easy!

Check the Sweet Stamp Blog for more interesting designs! and do not forget to stay tuned for more updates!

Happy almost Thanksgiving..!

Hi there! Happy Friday my friends!

How are you doing? I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful day!

So… I know I’m a little ahead here and we are still in October, but I really wanted to share this super easy Handmade card to do for Thanksgiving…. really simple and easy!

You only need the right stamps, which you may find them in the Sweet Stamp Shop (where I got mine)

In this card I used the October release Holiday Sentiments set and Fall Leaves, which I find really useful, whit lots of holidays hehe, I did talked about it in my last post, I’m technically obsessed with them..! 🙂

This card is pretty easy…. you need:

– One card stock preferable A2, your choice of color, I think brown goes well with this earthy card.

-Holiday Sentiments and Fall Leaves Stamp Sets

-Gold embossing powder

-Copic markers (YR12 – YR14 – Y00 – Y02 – YG03 – G21 – E 13 – E15) I used my copic markers, but maybe you prefer other tools to use, like color pencils, watercolor, etc, that’s completely up to you.

-Black ink

-Thanksgiving inspired color paper, in this case I chose this copper looking paper.

– Glue and 3D foam squares with adhesive.

After you have all your materials (you can alter or improvised the materials named above, I do it all the time hahaha) you start by stamping the leaves with the blank ink, let it dry for a couple minutes before you start to color them.

Cut your color paper and glue it to the card stock, in a different piece of paper you can stamp the “Happy Thanksgiving” message and emboss it with the gold powder, after you heat up the gold powder you may add some 3D foam squares on the back so you can glue it with some depth, this way you start playing with shadows, and your card is not completely flat.

After you colored the leaves, you can cut them so you can start gluing them on the card… add  3D foam squares to some of them so you add different depth to that area… and you are done!

I love embossing..!

Hello there and Happy Friday!!! 🙂

Hope you are having an amazing day! and you are ready for the weekend!

I wanted to share these cards I made with the awesome October release stamps from Sweet Stamp Shop, for these projects I used the Holiday Sentiments Set that by the way it covers technically every holiday you can think of… one set, many opportunities! Don’t forget to check it out!

Holiday Sentiments 4

So… many of you may know what embossing is… but if you don’t know let me tell you what it is… It’s technically another way to stamp, it’s pretty easy and you get awesome results. You need a specific heating gun, a watermark stamp pad and the embossing powder (I got them from Paper Source) and of course your awesome Sweet Stamps 🙂

You will apply your clear stamp the same way you usually do with ink, but you will use this watermark stamp pad instead (it’s like a clear glue), after you applied it you will put some embossing powder on top of this area and you will remove the leftover powder, once you are done with those previous steps you will heat it up with your heating gun… and you are Done! Easy like that!

Holiday Sentiments 3

The best part is… with great stamps and the right color powder you can get really cute results! Give it a try!

You will love it!

You can see more examples on my Etsy page or my Instagram, and do not forget to stop by the Sweet Stamp Shop Blog for more awesome design and tips!

I will see you soon! have a lovely weekend! 🙂

Playing with colors… !

Hello everyone!!! How are you doing??

Hope everyone is having an awesome mid week! 🙂

We are already in october…  So to celebrate this new beginning of season I wanted to share this card I made with a fall palette… I mean “Fall Inspired” palette 🙂

Well… you know me and I love to use patterns, and because I used the Artsy Fartsy set from Sweet Stamp Shop I decided it was going to be really interesting to play with this colorful polkadots paper in the background  and this more subtle orange paper on top of it, and literally played with colors ( copic markers  actually ) to paint this sweet stamp.

ArtsyFartsy

I have been teaching myself how to use these copic markers and I am amazed by them, they are so easy to use and they blend so nicely that it’s completely amazing! I would recommend you to give them a try, I felt really challenge by them at the beginning but you will get to love them after you use them.

Do not forget that this Friday is World Card Making Day so stop by the Sweet Stamp Shop Blog to see a couple of fun cards, you will love them!

Thank you so much everyone!!

Hope you like it! and I will be back soon!

Say… CHEESE!!!

Hello everyone! Happy Friday!!! I hope you are super excited for the weekend…! I’m ready for it! 🙂

I wanted to share one of the many cards I have made this month with the lovely Stamps from Sweet Stamp Shop, this set is part of the september release… yes… they release many super cute sets every month! Make sure you stop by their shop!

So I wanted to show you what’s new… I have been working out of my comfort zone lately, and you know what?… it’s so fun!!! 🙂

If you scroll down to my past projects or check my Instagram you will notice that I usually embossed a lot..  but with this card I try to approached a little differently… so I used my watercolor pencils and just black ink for the stamp.. nothing embossed hahaha and of course a lot of patterns! yes I love patterns! always trying to keep it inside the same hue or at least related.

So…This is the combination of cute stamps plus lovely patterns… 🙂

Thank you! and have a wonderful weekend!

P.S: Don’t forget to check the Sweet Stamp Shop Blog on Monday that I will be posting another of my cards with another lovely set.
